whats included in your price  .. ?

Just about everything-your only probable expense will be having to buy additional Gas Bottle refills if you manage to use up the
1 or 2 Full Bottles which are provided on your arrival .
Electricity, Water, Security and Maintenance Staff charges are included in the price quoted

Virtually nothing except personal toiletries (pack in hold luggage to be sure hand luggage restrictions do not apply) and towels. 
We do actually provide hand and beach towels but these all seem to dwindle as the season progresses, 
All necessary pots & pans, crockery, etc ,bed-linen, sheets, pillowcases & blankets are provided.

The apartments come complete with fans, fridges, cookers, micro-waves, irons, electric kettles and most have washing machines.
Some even have UK Satellite T.V , DvD Players and radios !!

We hope you will keep them reasonably tidy whilst you are with us but in any case we have a lady who comes between bookings to
clean the flat and change all the used linen. If you require more frequent cleaning visits this can be arranged at additional cost.

The situation of our Apartments can only be described as "Perfect"......
15 Minutes by car from Malaga Airport, less than 100 meters from "La Playa" ,surrounded  by numerous bars, shops,
services, restaurants and various assorted nightlife to suit every taste......
Almost exactly halfway along the magnificent new promenade between Benamadena Marina with all its attractions and nightlife and
Carihuela Playa....the newly transformed sleepy fishing village that has become the daytime  and early evening "in Place" to see and be seen.

Yes we do.--At any time thru our Email service...plus....Before you arrive...You will be given the phone number of an English and Spanish speaking local (our son) who knows the area and will be able to answer most of your questions....  or provide any emergency assistance you may need during your stay with us.
Also before you arrive we ensure you have a few details about the flat you are staying in plus interesting local attractions ,events, nightlife and outings available

1) E-mail us to request required holiday dates and current prices.

2) On receipt of priced confirmation from us send another E-mail agreeing to our offer. 
 
3) We will then hold these dates  in your name for up to 10 days pending receipt of your signed rental agreement and  Deposit ......pay either by UK Cheque,  Bank Transfer or Paypal ..... ...should rental agreement not be returned or not accepted......any deposit already paid 
will be immediately returned .
 
4) Once we receive the deposit and the signed agreement the flat is yours for the period agreed. and we send a confirming e-mail to this effect,
payment of the balance is due 28 days before the agreed period .Payable by UK Sterling Cheque or International Swift Bank Transfer... (Sorry....Paypal not acceptable for final payment)

No Problem--however  you will be given a Phone No. to ring and a contact point if your flight is very early or is substantially delayed.

Incidentally. We have set the changeover time at 12 midday...so guests who are leaving have ample time to pack-
whilst incoming guests very rarely arrive at Malaga Airport much before this time anyway...(Spain is one hour ahead of UK time)
 

At the moment the short answer is NO-- however all the locals including myself park quite safely and easily
on the surrounding roads in front of the Flats. ...Except in August when parking anywhere is a nightmare.  

The Flats themselves all have normal fittings ,however inside they are all one level, and the doorways are quite wide . 
Most accomodation is ideally suited for special needs as all walkways have ramps as well as steps
Once inside main buildings all floors are serviced by both lifts and stairs. 
The surrounding area is flat with a gentle incline down to a wide, 10 Km long beach promenade less than 100 Metres away

when do I obtain the keys 

 They will be handed to you by our Agent on your arrival at the flat or agreed contact point in Montemar or Carihuela...
 This Agent will also show you round the flat pointing out  salient features etc...and give you a phone number for english speaking 
 assistance should you need it during your stay with us......
